Summary
An application was filed by Drayson Technologies (Europe) Limited the patent proprietor, under rule 10(2) of the Patents Rules 2007 to mention Lewis Freeth Harpham and Brian Krejcarek as joint inventors.
Consent was filed by each of those having an interest in the application with the exception of Bruno Roberto Franciscatto. Bruno Roberto Franciscatto was invited to file a counter statement in the proceedings but failed to do so.
As such, the comptroller considered the application as unopposed and found that Lewis Freeth Harpham and Brian Krejcarek should be mentioned as joint inventors. It was also directed that an addendum slip be prepared to reflect this for the published patent application and granted patent for the invention.
