Summary
An uncontested application was filed by Lisa Joyce under rule 10(2) of the Patents Rules 2007 and section 13(3) of the Patents Act 1977. As a result, it was found that Lisa Joyce should have been mentioned as inventor of the patent. The comptroller also found that Phillip William Knight should not have been mentioned as inventor.
