Summary
An uncontested application was filed by IB LAB GMBH, the patent proprietor, under rule 10(2) of the Patents Rules 2007 and section 13(3) of the Patents Act 1977. As a result, it was found that Davul Ljuhar and Richard Ljuhar should have been mentioned as joint inventors of the patent. The comptroller also found that Christian Schon should not have been mentioned as inventor.
It was directed that an addendum slip be prepared to reflect this finding for the published patent application for the invention.
The decision serves as a certificate issued in accordance with section 13(3) to the effect that Christian Schon should not have been mentioned as inventor in the published patent application for the invention.
