Summary
An uncontested application was filed by Touchnetix Limited, the patent proprietor, under rule 10(2) of the Patents Rules 2007 and section 13(3) of the Patents Act 1977.
As a result, it was found that Luben Hristov should have been mentioned as a joint inventor of the patent. The comptroller also found that Christopher Kyle Ard should not have been mentioned as a joint inventor.
